Do not order from this company!!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered 2 personalized travel journals. When they arrived the lettering had areas where the personalization had flaked off, the areas were small but not “normal.” Per their promise, satisfaction guaranteed, I reported the problem and their response was the flaking was “normal;” that is so much BS. It was poorly applied and I will NEVER order from them again!

I’ve shopped her on several occasions and I am never disappointed. The quality is great and you get exactly what you buy! Make sure you read the whole Description of the product because they'll say 5 by 7 but holds 2 by 3 inch picture I've ordered a few things from here but never again disappointed

Status of order

This is my first time ever using this company and so far, not happy. I am 11 days into my order and still not received it. After 8 days and tracking, it says no delivery date and with "pending". This was a birthday gift that looking at it, won't arrive before it! IF I ever get my package, I will not use this company in the future.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING- Terrible customer service, still haven't received order and they won't refund. It is impossible to get service and no matter how detailed you are in your email and chat, they will just respond generically with, it's showing delivery tomorrow. That has gone on for 9 days now, and its not moving and they won't refund me.
